DESCRIPTION

The high-temperature, fully disordered (in its Al and Si distribution), form of K-feldspar represents an exceptional rarity - this absolutely gemmy, transparent crystal is from an unique discovery at Itrongay, which has produced the finest gem crystals of Sanidine. This miniature is very rare and large for the fine condition it is in. The crystal is 100% gem, golden, totally transparent, with many of the crystal faces present. The faces are glassy and textured with small, curvy trenches that look like sub-parallel and tiny worm tracks. This material is unique and very rare!
