DESCRIPTION
Very rare material from a small discovery at this most uncommon and nearly unknown locality. Caused by a disturbance of growth the edges of the octahedron is konvex - this habit is called "Ochsenauge", thisn habit is known only from historic discoveries in Germany, from small finds in China and New Mexico - so very unique and rare habit! This isolated crystals show intense violet centers and are framedd with white zonings along their edges. The specimen is published in Lapis magazine. Ex Robert Brandstätter coll.
