DESCRIPTION
This wonderful Apatite specimen is developed as floater, front- and backside are consisting of razor sharp terminated, highly lustrous crystals. Some lighter, in the center intense purple and along the edges some even almost dark blue.
Since 1908 Muscovite was mined in this area, first in an open pit - from 1945 in underground. Until today the locality is one of the great classics, well known for Tourmaline and Apatite, which is very rare and seldom seen in this size and quality. Undamaged.
