DESCRIPTION
If you collect Tourmalines you have to accept repairs, they said. Nope - you don´t have to. This is one of a kind: a free-standing Pederneira-Tourmaline on matrix and NOT repaired, no fills, no damage. It is highly lustrous, sharp terminated and very transparent - it doesn´t need backlight to see the colors. The outer zone is blue, the center of the crystal shows intense violet-red color. It is set on a sparkling hemisphere of Cleavelandite - which is a great contrast and gives a great visual impact to the specimen.
This is one of ten-thousands, there might be larger crystals of course - but you won´t find unprepared Tourmalines of matrix from Brazil - this is the most rare material you ever can get.
