DESCRIPTION
This one is exceptional for habit and combination. The crystals are more tabular - spinel-law habit. The exposed main crystal in the center is 51mm across and there is a second large one directly behind the first in the front. The crystals are all very glossy and show the character of glass. Via the large face of the main crystal you can look inside the crystal - like a window. Inside this crystal you can see sparays of red, lustrous needles of Rutile. World-wide you will find only 8 localities where Rutile and Fluorite are on the same specimen, but not even one with Rutile inside the Fluorite - so this has the status of uniqueness.
