Fantastic matrix example from India. Two intensely red coloured and terminated crystals of translucent ruby which are just perfectly placed at the top of their matrix. I showed the fine translucence with minor backlight to expose the colours even better. The black and white matrix they are attached to gives the perfect contrast.
